Experienced Fostering Director, and previous Responsible Individual and Registered Manager of a large Residential Children’s Home with over 20 years outstanding senior leadership experience, providing the vision and direction required to ensure the highest quality education, care and therapy for children with complex needs. Proven track record of dramatically improving outcomes for the most challenging and vulnerable children in our society. Possessing the required enthusiasm, vision, drive, empathy and strategic planning necessary to create, develop and oversee innovative specialist provision.

Experienced Regional and Registered Fostering Manager with 26 years experience in the social care sector. Has a passion for therapeutic parenting and the drive to ensure our service remains committed to delivering the highest quality care and support to all members in our therapeutic community. Believing therapeutic practice and safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do.
Maddison Smith
THERAPIST
A full-time qualified therapist for Evergreen, offering our fostering families a ‘pluralistic approach’ to counselling and psychotherapy integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Child and Young Person-Centred Therapy, Existential and Systemic Therapies. Passionate about the children in our care and committed to helping them to understand themselves on a deeper level. Offering regular support to the foster carers, so that they are equipped, with the skills they need to work as a foster carer caring for a traumatised child.
Sara Huxley
SENIOR SUPERVISING SOCIAL WORKER
With over 13 years experience of supporting children and families in a range of social care settings, then a further 3 years working as a Fostering Supervising Social Worker. A thirst for social work policy and fostering reform and is committed to ensuring that our foster carers can confidently and holistically care for the children they look after.

NEWLY QUALIFIED SUPERVISING SOCIAL WORKER
Former dedicated senior residential support worker with 8 years experience working with children and young people in a large therapeutic children’s home. Understanding what children and young people living in a children’s home need to feel safe. Passionate about finding families so children and young people can experience family life again.

NEWLY QUALIFIED SUPERVISING SOCIAL WORKER
Former experienced senior residential support worker with 7 years experience working with children and young people in a large therapeutic children’s home. Focused on ensuring each and every foster carer have the techniques they need to de-escalate situations when they become intense so everyone can move on quickly and relationships remain consistent.

FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER
Experienced Assistant Manager in residential childcare with 10 years experience working with children and young people in a large therapeutic children’s home. Specialising in health and financial support, and passionate about providing practical support and strategies to promote stability and longevity.
